1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and y889 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), operating at the domain y889.cam. These Terms govern all access to, and use of, the y889 platform, including its sports betting information services, live casino content, educational materials, promotional content and all associated tools and features available through this site.

y889 is an English-language online sports betting and live casino information platform designed to serve Pakistani users. The platform provides information about sports betting markets, responsible gambling tools, platform features and related services. y889 does not operate as a licensed gambling operator under Pakistani law and does not claim endorsement or approval from the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority.

These Terms should be read alongside y889's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and those supplementary documents, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Term	Meaning
"Platform"	The y889 website accessible at y889.cam and all content, services and features made available through it.
"User" / "you"	Any individual who accesses, browses or registers on the Platform.
"Account"	A registered user profile created on the Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before certain account functions (including withdrawals) are enabled.
"Bonus"	Any promotional credit, free bet, deposit match, reload offer or other incentive made available to registered users, subject to specific offer terms.
"Wagering Requirement"	The number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it — or any winnings derived from it — can be withdrawn. Example: a 30× wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 30,000 must be wagered before withdrawal eligibility is reached.

"Force Majeure"	Any event beyond the Platform's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, technical failures caused by third parties, or telecommunications outages.

3 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing y889 in any capacity — including browsing, registering, depositing funds, placing bets or accessing promotional content — you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. This acceptance is effective from the moment you first access the Platform.

If you are accessing y889 on behalf of a legal entity, you warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. Where no such authority exists, you accept personal liability for all obligations arising under these Terms.

y889 reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via notice on the Platform or by email to registered users. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

4 Account Eligibility

To register for and use an Account on y889, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age prescribed by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or nominee of any third party.
You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is unlawful or requires a license not held by the operator. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of y889 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director or officer of y889, or an immediate family member of any such person, in relation to any promotional offer participation.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement — whether voluntary, operator-imposed or jurisdiction-mandated — that would restrict your access to gambling services.

5 Account Registration

To access the full range of y889 features, users are required to complete the account registration process. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

5.1 — Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

5.2 — One Account Policy

Each user is permitted to hold one registered account only. The creation of duplicate, secondary or linked accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. y889 employs technical and manual checks to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicates are identified, y889 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any outstanding balances or pending withdrawals derived from Prohibited Conduct.

5.3 — Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify y889 support immediately via the contact details provided in Section 17. y889 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

5.4 — Account Currency

Accounts registered by users accessing y889 from Pakistan are displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Currency display settings are determined at the time of registration and may not be changed retrospectively without operator approval.

6 Identity Verification (KYC)

y889 is required to operate identity verification (KYC) procedures as a condition of its commitment to player protection, anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and fraud prevention. The following provisions apply:

6.1 — Verification Requirement

All users must complete KYC verification before making withdrawals, and y889 reserves the right to request verification at any point during account operation, including at the time of deposit, during a significant change in account activity, or where suspicious behaviour is detected.

6.2 — Acceptable Documents

For users accessing y889 from Pakistan, acceptable identity documents typically include: (a) a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC); (b) a valid Pakistani passport; (c) a proof-of-address document (utility bill, bank statement or similar) issued within the preceding three months; and (d) a selfie or liveness check confirming ownership of the submitted identity document. y889 reserves the right to request additional documentation where required.

6.3 — Document Integrity

Users must not submit altered, cropped, obscured, digitally manipulated or otherwise falsified identity documents. Submission of fraudulent documentation constitutes a material breach of these Terms, may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities. y889 does not instruct or encourage users to alter documents in any way.

6.4 — Secure Submission

Identity documents must only be submitted through the operator's official secure HTTPS verification portal. Users must not send sensitive identity documents via unsecured messaging applications, social media platforms, unencrypted email or any third-party channel not expressly authorised by y889.

6.5 — Verification Delays

y889 shall not be liable for any delay in account functionality, withdrawal processing or bonus eligibility resulting from a user's failure to provide complete and accurate documentation in a timely manner.

7 Deposits & Payments

The following terms apply to all deposits made to a y889 account:

Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including those made using another person's bank account, mobile wallet or payment card — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
Payment method availability varies and is subject to operator policy, applicable law, and the policies of individual financial institutions and wallet providers. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah on this site are for contextual familiarity only. None of these providers endorse, support or affiliate themselves with gambling services through y889.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are set by the operator. Example minimum deposit amounts (e.g., PKR 500 or PKR 1,000) quoted elsewhere on this site are illustrative only — actual limits are displayed within the cashier at the time of transaction.

8 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from y889 accounts are subject to the following conditions:

KYC verification must be fully completed and approved before any withdrawal request can be processed. y889 reserves the right to withhold payment pending satisfactory verification.
Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless an alternative method is expressly approved by y889 support following a written request from the account holder.
Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the selected method, the operator's internal review procedures, compliance requirements and the policies of the receiving financial institution. y889 does not guarantee or warrant specific processing speeds. Any timelines quoted are estimates only and not contractual commitments.
Where active bonus funds are attached to an account, withdrawals may be restricted until applicable wagering requirements are satisfied. Attempted withdrawal before fulfilment of wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the associated bonus and any winnings derived exclusively from that bonus.
y889 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to withdrawal requests above specified thresholds, including requests for source-of-funds documentation.

9 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonus offers and promotional features available on y889 are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions attached to each individual offer:

9.1 — Wagering Requirements

Bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before withdrawal eligibility is reached. Wagering requirements, eligible markets and contribution rates vary by offer. Users must read the individual offer terms before opting in. Examples quoted on this site (e.g., 30× wagering on PKR 25,000) are illustrative and not representative of any specific live promotion.

9.2 — Eligibility

Welcome bonuses are available to new registered users only, subject to KYC completion, minimum deposit requirements and geographic eligibility. One welcome bonus per user, per household, per device and per IP address applies unless explicitly stated otherwise.

9.3 — Expiry

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them expire if wagering requirements are not satisfied within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated. Check individual offer terms for specific expiry dates.

9.4 — Abuse

y889 reserves the right to withhold, void or reverse any bonus credit, associated winnings, or pending withdrawals where it reasonably determines that a user has engaged in bonus abuse, including (without limitation): the creation of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses; hedging or arbitrage strategies designed to exploit offer structures; or coordinated group wagering patterns designed to manufacture wagering requirement completion artificially.

9.5 — Crypto Offers

Where cryptocurrency deposit bonuses are referenced on this site, they are provided as illustrative examples only. The availability of cryptocurrency deposits, and any associated bonus offers, is subject to the operator's current policies. y889 does not confirm that cryptocurrency deposits are available or legally permissible in Pakistan. Users must verify applicable local law independently.

10 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed through y889:

All bets are final once confirmed. y889 does not accept requests for bet cancellation or amendment following confirmation, except in circumstances where a material error (including a manifest pricing error) is identified, in which case y889 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the staked amount.
Odds are subject to change at any time until a bet is confirmed. Live in-play odds — including for PSL, ICC and other cricket markets — fluctuate in real time and the odds displayed at the time of bet placement govern the transaction.
y889 reserves the right to limit stake amounts, restrict market access or close accounts where wagering patterns suggest abuse, irregular activity or match manipulation.
In the event of a sporting event being abandoned, postponed or declared void by the governing body, applicable settlement rules (as published in the operator's sport-specific rules) will determine how the relevant bets are settled.

11 Responsible Gambling

y889 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The following provisions apply to all users:

12 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on y889. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
Providing false, misleading or third-party identity information during registration or KYC.
Using automated betting software, bots, scrapers, crawlers or any non-human tool to interact with the Platform.
Engaging in collusion, match-fixing or any form of insider wagering based on non-public information.
Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or pricing anomalies for systematic financial gain.
Engaging in promotional abuse, multi-accounting to claim duplicate bonuses, or coordinated hedging strategies.
Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other unlawful purpose.
Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such use is expressly prohibited by applicable law, without disclosing this to y889.
Sharing account access, selling account credentials or permitting third parties to operate your account.
Any conduct that y889 reasonably determines to be dishonest, fraudulent or harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other users.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on y889, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the overall compilation of the Platform, is the property of y889 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit: (a) reproduction, redistribution or republication of any Platform content without prior written consent; (b) commercial exploitation of any content or data obtained from the Platform; (c) framing or mirroring of the Platform on any third-party website; or (d) use of automated tools to extract, compile or aggregate data from the Platform.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, y889 and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
Any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity resulting from your use of the Platform, even if y889 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Any losses arising from Force Majeure events, including government action, network failures or third-party payment provider outages.
Any decisions made by you in reliance on information published on the Platform, including but not limited to betting decisions, bonus elections or payment method choices.
Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate account security.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded by law in the applicable jurisdiction.

15 Amendments to These Terms

y889 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, y889 will provide reasonable advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment shall constitute your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent changes were made.

16 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Users accessing y889 from Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistan has gambling restrictions in place, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and that the legal status of online gambling in Pakistan is subject to applicable law. y889 does not claim to be licensed, regulated or endorsed by any Pakistani authority.
